CONFLICT OF INTEREST DECLARATION
The Conflict of Interest Declaration is compulsory for all speakers, panellists, presenters and discussants at the Buenos Aires Congress and pre-Congress.
The IPA is required by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to obtain from all active participants disclosure of all relevant financial relationships with any commercial interest by completing a conflict of interest declaration form.
Please can you return this form
to the IPA by Friday 14th April 2017
, by post, fax or as an email attachment.
Failure to provide a COI declaration by 14th April 2017 will mean that any activity you are scheduled to participate in will not count towards Continuing Medical Education. This will have an impact both on attendance for that activity and the Congress experience of your colleagues.
We therefore urgently request that you provide this declaration before this date.
If you have questions relates to the CME please send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org
