IPA announces keynote speakers for Asia-Pacific Conference

The International Psychoanalytical Association (IPA) has announced a stellar line-up of keynote speakers for its forthcoming Asia-Pacific Conference, which takes place in Tokyo on the 3rd – 5th May 2018. The conference is the latest in a series of successful events that have been held by the IPA in the Asia-Pacific region in the past few years. President of the IPA, Virginia Ungar, comments: “The Conference is another important step towards the development of the IPA 4th Region; a project that the IPA considers crucial for the continued growth of Psychoanalysis. “I would like to thank the Asia-Pacific Planning Committee for securing an impressive line-up of thought-leaders and experts from across our international community of Psychoanalysts.” This year’s keynote speakers will present on topics related to the conference theme of “on dependence” and will be joined by a further 56 speakers across the three-day event.
