Q: Who can attend the IPA Asia-Pacific Conference?
A: Registration will be open to IPA Members (including Allied Center Members), Candidates and non-Members.

Q: What is the fee for IPA Allied Center Members?
A: Allied Center Members will get the IPA Members fee.

Q: When can I register?
A: Online registration will open in January 2016. You will be able to register during the assigned dates to be confirmed on the registration form. There will be different timings for residents within the region and those residing outside, however we will ensure that all delegates have access to early-bird fees.

Q: What is the registration process?
A: Online registration will open in January 2016. The online system will be identical to the one used by the IPA for its biennial Congresses. All details, including the guide on how to complete the online registration, will be available from January 2016 onwards.

Q: Does the IPA limit attendance at conference sessions?
A: The IPA reserves the right to limit attendance for safety, professional confidentiality or organisational reasons.

Q: Will there be a Call for Papers?
A: No, speakers will be selected by the Programme Committee only.

Q: How can I volunteer to present a paper at the conference?
A: All speakers will be selected by the Programme Committee. For more details please send an email to ipa@ipa.org.uk and include ‘Taipei Conference Proposal’ in the subject line.

Q: Does conference attendance qualify for CME credits?
A: The IPA Asia-Pacific Conference will not be awarding CME points.

Q: What are the conference delegate fees?
A: Delegate fees will be announced on the registration pages in November 2016. Early-bird and onsite fees will be available on a first-come first-serve basis.

Q: Where will the conference be held?
A: The conference will take place in Taipei, Taiwan in the Regent Taipei

Q: Where will the Gala Dinner take place?
A: The Gala Dinner will take place in the conference venue of the Regent Taipei.

Q: What are the visa regulations for Taiwan?
A: This depends on the issuing country of your passport. We recommend that you contact the relevant diplomatic mission or Taipei Representative Office in your country of residence.
