The theme for the
2016 - 2017 Video Award was Intimacy. The 2017 IPA Video Award Winner is a member from the Freudian Study Group in Tehran, Iran: Amin Shahverdi. He was interviewed by Web Editorial Committee member and joint organiser of the IPA Video Award, Cristina Vasconcellos. Amin received $1000 plus an all expenses paid trip to the IPA Congress in Buenos Aires where he was presented a certificate by the IPA President, Stefano Bolognini.
