The work may be used by anyone provided that:

a) It is always attributed to the IPA, including the full title 'IPA Inter-Regional Encyclopedic Dictionary of Psychoanalysis' and a reference to the URL of the Encyclopaedic Dictionary website:www.ipa.world/encyclopedic_dictionary ;
b) It is not used to any commercial purpose (by which it is meant there must be no charge for accessing it, and nor must it be placed behind any barrier that may only be pierced on payment of a subscription or charge);
