Memory Reconsolidation, Emotional Arousal and the Neuroscience of Enduring Change: Implications for Psychoanalysis



As part of a Fulbright fellowship hosted by the Sigmund Freud Museum in Vienna, Dr. Lane is currently teaching a 12-week course on "Memory Reconsolidation, Emotional Arousal and the Neuroscience of Enduring Change: Implications for Psychoanalysis" at the Medical University of Vienna.

The course, which began in March and ends in June, aims to put the change process in psychoanalysis on the neurobiological footing that Freud hoped would someday be available.
