Psychoanalysis in a Changing World: Challenges and Opportunities
The increasingly troubled state of the world calls strongly for a psychoanalytic narrative that recognizes the need for collaboration, not polarization. The world faces a perfect storm of a continuing pandemic, accelerated climate change, brutal war, economic instability, and inhumane treatment of citizens who seek basic human rights within their home countries or as refugees seeking safety elsewhere. Containing diversity and bridging differences has never been more needed.
The lecture will be chaired by Professor Sudhir Kakar.
Time: 6.30 pm onwards
Venue: India International Centre, Delhi
Please join us for tea before the lecture, between 6.00 pm and 6.30 pm. This will be followed by a brief inauguration ceremony marking the opening of the conference.
